JUNIOR EVENT PRODUCER
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Junior Event Producer to support the planning and delivery of live events, brand experiences and activations.
Working closely with Executive Producers and the wider project team, you’ll help turn creative ideas into well-executed experiences. You’ll support projects from initial planning through to on-site delivery and wrap, coordinating suppliers, schedules, logistics, budgets and production details along the way.This is an ideal role for someone early in their events career who is keen to learn, comfortable working at pace and excited by the practical challenge of bringing an experience to life.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Project Support

Support Producers across multiple events and projects from briefing through delivery and reconciliation.

Help develop production schedules, timelines, run-of-shows and event documentation.

Track actions, deadlines and deliverables across internal teams, clients and suppliers.

Attend project meetings, take clear notes and follow up on actions.

Help identify potential production issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
Suppliers & Logistics

Research, source and coordinate venues, suppliers, crew and production partners.

Request and compare quotes and maintain accurate supplier information.

Coordinate event logistics including deliveries, collections, transport, accommodation, catering and equipment.

Support venue liaison, site visits and production planning.

Assist with crew schedules, accreditation and on-site requirements.
Budget & Administration

Support Producers with creating and maintaining project budgets.

Raise purchase orders and track supplier costs, invoices and expenses.

Keep project folders, production documents and contact lists accurate and organised.

Assist with post-event reconciliation and project wrap-up.
Event Delivery

Support event builds, rehearsals, live days and breakdowns.

Work closely with suppliers, crew and internal teams on site.

Help ensure event spaces are delivered according to the agreed creative and production plan.

Respond calmly and practically to last-minute changes and challenges.

Maintain high standards of presentation, organization and professionalism throughout delivery.
What We’re Looking For

Some experience in events, experiential, hospitality, production, festivals, agency work or a related environment.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, schedules and production documents.

Resourceful problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.

Collaborative, positive and comfortable working as part of a busy team.

Willingness to work on site and, when projects require it, outside standard office hours.

A genuine interest in events, experiences, culture and creative production.
